3 Sexy Key Ingredients to Become an Influencer

Did you know that you are already an influencer? You don’t have to be on the radio, TV, or have a million followers on social media to be considered as an influencer. You are already impacting many people on a daily basis, but the problem is that you are not seen. No matter how good whatever if nobody knows about you no one cares about you. Here are simple steps for you to get the recognition you deserve to be an influencer:

Sexy Ingredient #1: Post Post Post

Did you know that the average person spends at least 40 minutes per day on social media? One of the easiest ways to get yourself and your brand visibility is by posting on different social media platforms on a daily basis. So, more you post more people will see your contents. Of course, if you are going to post pictures, it’s better to have professional quality pictures oppose to a blurry picture from your phone. Here is a ninja trick for you. Add people who could be a potential client as your friend so they will see your contents.

Don’t limit yourself to just posting pictures, it’s a good start but take it to the next level by doing live videos! If you are a chef, you should do Facebook live so people can see you cooking which enables you to engage with your audience at the same time from your own kitchen!

Sexy Ingredient #2: Networking

One of my favorite quotes is “Your network is your net worth.” So, here’s why you should be networking. You never know who you are going to meet; there is so much business conducted on networking events. My mentor who is a multi-millionaire still goes to networking events and meets people. The more people you are seen by, the more people will be aware of you and your brand.

The TWO questions I always ask during networking events to separate myself from everyone are “Who else should I be talking to?” and “How can I serve you?”.

Don’t limit yourself to only attending events but also host your own. By hosting your event, you will be perceived as an influencer, and you will also get the home court advantage and control the event the way you want it to be. Since I’m a Chef, I host Rooftop Penthouse Dinner Parties to expose my brand. Create your own Facebook/Meetup Group and promote value-added contents.

Sexy Ingredient #3: Publish content

Write an article, book, start a podcast or even just posting posts on facebook. Having your book is the new business card. A book holds way more than a business card and people will see you differently once you publish a book of your own. By having your podcast and having a guest that adds value to not only to your community but also the guests on your shows. You can write for amazing magazines like Life by Design, have a blog, or be a guest writer for other people’s blogs.

These are 3 Sexy key ingredients that cost little to no investments that you can use to become an influencer.
